Custom Wedding Portraiture.  How it works with Inspired Studios. 

1.)    He asked!  You said YES, and now it’s time to find a photographer!!  Congratulations!!

You’ve seen my work and you want to book me for your wedding??  So exciting!!!

2.)    Dates are subject to availability.  Please note your wedding date (if known) in your initial correspondence with me.  

3.)    We discuss wedding day coverage and bridal collection options.  We put your wedding on “the books!”   There are 3 different coverage options and many print/image collection options available.

-Upon booking, a 50% down payment on your wedding day package is due.   This is non-refundable because booking a wedding guarantees my time to YOU that day :)  Payment arrangements for the rest of the fees are also decided at this point on a signed contract.

4.)    One Month Prior to Wedding

– We meet for some wedding day planning!  We will discuss the “must have” pictures that you want during the day as well as your schedule of events, locations, etc.  I may also ask to come see the wedding and reception venues if I am unfamiliar with them.

-Remainder of package fee is due on or before 1 month of wedding date.

5.)    Day of the Wedding.

– I show up at the agreed upon time and the fun begins!!!  Each wedding day package comes with a specified amount of coverage time.  Additional time may be added on the day of the event for an additional fee.

6.) 1-2 Weeks After Wedding

–  Within 1-2 weeks you will receive a link via email to view your proofing album.  The images in this album will be UNEDITED (straight out of the camera, SOOC) images.

– From this album, you can select which photos you would like on your disc as well as for prints and then those images will be meticulously tweaked (edited) to ensure that the colors are correct, blemishes are removed and that the finished image is the best it can be.  This kind of editing is standard for all purchased product and does not cost an extra “retouching fee” (like it does with some photographers!)  I want to portray my best work and your best “look” at all times.

-I am happy to help you select your prints, digital images, and printed products in person, via phone or via email.  If you are interested in purchasing large print products for your home I will even help you measure and make decisions for those as well!  I want you to LOVE what you select :)

– At this point, a 50% deposit on your print purchase is due.

7.)      3-6 Weeks After the Wedding

-Your order will be complete and will either be made available for pick-up or shipped directly to you!

-Final payment is due before pick-up/delivery.

-I will also post an online album of your finished images so that you can view and share the final images with friends and family.

Other Info:

Print Credits.  If your wedding package came with a print credit,   the print credit must be redeemed within 7 days of your proofing album being posted online.  Print credits expire after 7 days.

Digital Images.  Only edited images can be given.  Why can’t unedited images be purchased?  The images from your wedding day represent my art, my business…and YOUR special moments.  Until images have gone through my editing, they are not representative of either of us!
